As per report, Barcelona are preparing a fresh offer for Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski as they look to achieve the deal at the earliest.
Lewandowski, 33, legendary striker is the top target for Barcelona this summer.
The Poland captain is entering the ending year of his agreement with Die Roten and has made his wish public, whilst a contract agreement with the Barca is already reckoned to be in place.
Nevertheless, Bayern Munich are proving to be tenacious as they keep persisting that Lewandowski is not for sale and will see his contract out at the club.
Barcelona, though, are ready to make serious endeavours to land Lewandowski and finalise a deal for the virtuoso striker, who triumphed the Bundesliga Golden Boot last season, within the next couple of weeks.
The Barca had already made an opening offer of €32 million which was unsatisfactory to convince Bayern to separate with their ace goalscorer.
And now, Barcelona are preparing a fresh offer for Lewandowski, which is possibly to be around the €50 million mark, which could coerce Bayern Munich to rethink their stance on him.
Bayern Munich had purportedly demanded a sum of €50 million in a single instalment from Barcelona for their legend.
It remains uncertain if Barcelona return with a €50 million offer for Lewandowski and whether the proposition is enough to persuade Bayern Munich to part ways of the striker, who concluded the 2021/22 campaign with 50 goals.
