Asia Cup Hockey 2022: Abdul Rana’s Goal aids Pakistan Draw the game against India

Abdul Rana’s goal in the ending minutes of the fourth quarter assisted Pakistan draw their Group A match versus India in the proceeding Asia Cup.

In the first quarter, Karthi Selvam had scored for India and in the next 2 quarters, not a single goal was scored.

Nevertheless, through a penalty corner, Abdul Rana transformed and Pakistan got their equaliser.

India and Pakistan clashed in the Asia Cup Hockey 2022 match on Monday evening and the Birendra Lakra-side flunked to start their tourney on a high.

The Indian side fielded some new faces in the squad. The Indian squad consists Yashdeep Siwach, Abhishek Lakra, Manjeet, and Vishnukant Singh.

Before, Rupinder Pal Singh was dropped off of the tourney because of an injury.

In Pool A: India, Japan, Pakistan and hosts Indonesia are put together whilst Group B has Malaysia, Korea, Oman and Bangladesh.
