As per the report the exit of PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino as coach is impending, all that is left is for both the parties to come to a financial arrangement.
It would cost PSG €15m to dismiss Pochettino and his staff, with 12 months to remain on their agreements.
Voicing in this a recent press conference, Pochettino stated, “I have 1 year left on my contract so logically it is not a question of desire but a question of contract.”
Pochettino’s ideal replacement would be Zinedine Zidane, however the ex-Real Madrid coach favours the idea of trying to take over from Didier Deschamps as the boss of the French national team following the Qatar World Cup.
Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has already offered himself up on a 2-year agreement.
Meanwhile, as per sources the contact between Tottenham Chairman Daniel Levy and Mauricio Pochettino has resumed constantly in recent months, with Levy attempting to assure the coach to come back to Spurs.
