The group stage of the FIFA World Cup 2026 came to an end on Saturday with several exciting matches. Portugal played out a goalless draw against Colombia in their final Group K fixture. Cristiano Ronaldo could not make an impact as Portugal finished second in the group. Colombia topped Group K with the draw.
In another Group K match, DR Congo defeated Uzbekistan 3-1 to book their place in the Round of 32.
Earlier in the day, England secured a comfortable 2-0 win over Panama. Croatia also earned a narrow 2-1 victory against Ghana in Group L.
