Red Devils midfielder Paul Pogba states burglars stole his World Cup winner’s medal when they invaded into his home.
He spoke of his ‘family’s worst nightmare’ previous week when his home was looted during his side’s Champions League match versus Atletico Madrid.
His two young kids and their nanny were in the house at the time. “The main thing is that my children are well,” he notified.
France triumphed the World Cup in 2018, thrashing Croatia 4-2 in the final in Moscow with Pogba netting France’s third goal.
Voicing about what was stolen, he stated: “There were jewels from my mother, my world champion medal.”
“What scared me the most was that my two children were at home with the nanny during this incident.”
“She overheard everything, called my wife and security, and then locked herself with the boys in a room. For several days, she was shocked.”
Pogba has been at Manchester United since re-joining the for a world record £89 million transfer from Juventus in 2016. His agreement expires in the summer.
