RCB Cricketer Yash Dayal’s Side Unfolds: Cricketer Alleges Being Framed in One-Sided Story

A day after Yash Dayal was accused of rape, the case has taken a new turn. The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) fast bowler has now filed a complaint against the woman who accused and defamed him.

According to a report by NDTV, Dayal submitted a three-page complaint to the Prayagraj police. He filed the complaint at the Khuldabad police station. He also requested the police to register an FIR against the woman and her family members.

In his complaint, Dayal accused the woman of stealing his iPhone and laptop. He also claimed that she borrowed large sums of money from him. She said the money was for medical treatment for herself and her family. However, she never returned the money.

Yash also alleged that the woman asked for money many times for shopping. He said he has proof of all his claims. Dayal told police that he met the woman on Instagram in 2021. Their interactions grew from there.

He said he filed the complaint after hearing that the woman had lodged a case against him in Ghaziabad. The cricketer wants action to be taken against the woman, two of her family members, and some others.

Meanwhile, the woman’s case against Dayal is being investigated. According to a report by The Indian Express, the Ghaziabad police have registered an FIR against Dayal. He has been charged under BNS Section 69. This section deals with sexual relations made under false promises of marriage or other deceitful means.

The woman also filed a complaint through the Chief Minister’s online portal (IGRS). She claimed that she and Dayal were in a relationship for five years. She accused him of mental and physical exploitation.

She also said she has strong evidence. This includes chat records, screenshots, video calls, and photographs.

Both cases are under investigation. Police have not yet made any arrests. The matter remains sensitive, and further details are expected as the inquiry continues.
