The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 is just around the corner and has received a unique kickstart as the tournament’s trophy becomes the 1st to be launched in space for its tour ahead of the commencement of the championship. The BCCI has released a list of 10 venues that will host and welcome the qualified teams to play the ultimate championship.
The ICC recently announced the schedule of the fixtures for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 and has left the Indian cricket fans with high hopes to see their home team perform well and lift the trophy again after 12 years in their home.
The BCCI is all set to host the highly anticipated tournament in 10 cities Delhi, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Dharamsala, Bengaluru, and Pune. Initially, the tournament was supposed to take place in 12 host cities. Unfortunately, the matches in Rajkot, Guwahati, Indore, and Raipur have been shifted to Lucknow and Pune.
