On the first day of the test match, Yashasvi Jaiswal scored an unbeatable 40 runs and continued to bat on the second day to score a test hundred in his first match. Currently, Yashasvi Jaiswal remains unbeaten as he still sticks to the crease with a score of 143* after playing 350 deliveries with a strike rate of 40.86.

“It is very emotional for me and my family. For everyone who has supported me in any way. It has been a long journey. I want to say thank you to everyone who has helped me. I want to dedicate this to my mother and father, they’ve contributed a lot. Thanks to god. I won’t say much now… I’m happy, this is just a start, I’ve a lot to do,” said Yashasvi Jaiswal on scoring a Test Century on his debut.
