The International Cricket Council’s (ICC) next commercial cycle is set to begin from 2024 with the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 which will be jointly hosted by the United States of America and West Indies. As per reports, the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 schedule from 4 June to 30 June 2024.
The tournament will be conducted across 10 venues spread in both the United States of America and the West Indies. It would be the first time that the USA will be hosting an ICC event across the country.
The venues include Lauderhill in Florida, Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas, Church Street Park in Morrisville, and Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx in New York.
The Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill, Florida, is the only venue in the USA that has gained international status and for the tournament to take place the other venues have yet to gain international status.

Recently, the ICC officers conducted an inspection at multiple venues in the USA. The decision will be jointly taken by ICC, Cricket West Indies (CWI), and USA Cricket (USAC) together in the following months.

ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 Format
As per ESPNcricinfo, the format of the marquee tournament, the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 will be slightly different than the previous editions of the tournament, as it will be the first time that approximately 20 countries will compete to win the title.
In the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, the 20 participating teams will be divided into four groups of five teams each, and the top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super 8s. In the Super 8 stage, the eight teams will be divided into two groups with four teams each.
The top two in each group reach the semi-final stages of the marquee event with an ultimate final game between the top two teams to lift the title of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.
