This special pre-sale is part of ICC’s new global partnership with Google. The aim is to bring more fans into women’s cricket. The pre-sale will last for four days. After this period, the general sale will open for everyone. The general sale starts on Tuesday, September 9, at 8 PM IST. Tickets will again be available only on the official website.
ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 To Begin From September 30 in India
The tournament will begin with a big opening ceremony in Guwahati on September 30. Famous Indian singer Shreya Ghoshal will perform live. Right after the ceremony, India will face Sri Lanka in the first match of the competition.
The ICC has also made a historic announcement about Women’s World Cup 2025 prize money. The Women’s World Cup 2025 will have a total prize pool of USD 13.88 million. This is almost four times higher than the last edition in 2022. That tournament in New Zealand had a prize pool of only USD 3.5 million.
