A skilful living legend player, Former India all-rounder Manoj Prabhakar has been given the responsibility to head coach of the Nepal cricket team.
Prabhakar replaced Pubudu Dassanayake, who stepped down from the position in the month of July to take up head coach’s role with team Canada.
Prabhakar, who played a pivotal role in 39 Tests and 130 ODIs for India during 1984 to 1996, has earlier coached Rajasthan, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh Ranji teams.
However, he also assisted as the bowling coach for the Afghanistan national team in the year of 2016.
