Former Australia opener David Warner has been charged with a drink driving offence in Sydney. The incident took place during a short break in the Pakistan Super League 2026 season.

During this break, Warner returned to Sydney. On the evening of April 5, he was stopped by local police. Officers conducted a routine breath test. The result came back positive for alcohol.
