India’s fast bowler Arshdeep Singh is ready to play county cricket. On the advice of Indian team head coach Rahul Dravid, Arshdeep Singh will play five first-class matches for the Kent side in the upcoming county season in England. Arshdeep will play five matches for the Kent County team.
Arshdeep will be available for the home fixtures against Surrey and Warwickshire as well as the trips to Northamptonshire, Essex and Nottinghamshire in the LV=Insurance County Championship in June and July. Arshdeep bowled well for Punjab Kings in IPL 2022. He took 10 wickets in 14 matches at an economy rate of 7.70. His amazing bowling in the death overs also caught everyone’s attention.
Arshdeep made his T20 debut in England last July. He played all three of his ODIs so far in New Zealand in November and has now played 29 internationals for India, In seven first-class matches in his career so far, he has taken 25 wickets at an average of 23.84 and an economy rate of 2.92.
