After winning the toss, LKS opted to bowl first whereafter fine knock of Jatin Kapoor (66) and Atul (34) helped S&A build a decent score of 161/7. While chasing the target, the smashing bowling of Himanshu Dubey (3 wickets) and Jatin Kapoor (2 wickets) restricted LKS to the score of 159 runs for a loss of 7 wickets in just 20 overs and thus won the finals by 2 runs. Jatin Kapoor won Man of the Match as well as Man of the Tournament awards.
