T20 World Cup Final 2022: Ben Stokes, Sam Curran Assist England To 5-Wicket Win Over Pakistan

On Sunday England won the toss and determined to field initial within the T20 World Cup final against  Pakistan at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Both teams were unchanged from their semi-finals.  Pakistan registered 137 in their quota of twenty overs.

England pursued down the total runs with 5 wickets in hand, courtesy of Ben Stokes’ initial T20I half century.

Sam Curran was names the player of the match (3/12) and therefore the player of the tournament (12 wickets in six matches).
