On July 30, 2024, Indian athletes have a busy day at the Olympics. Starting at 12 pm, badminton group stage matches feature H S Prannoy, Lakshya Sen, P V Sindhu, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, and Tanisha Crasto and Ashwini Ponnappa. At 12:30 pm, Prithviraj Tondaiman competes in men’s trap qualification, alongside Rajeshwari Kumari and Shreyasi Singh in the women’s Olympics event.
Shooting continues with the 10m air pistol mixed team medal rounds at 1 pm. Sharath Kamal, Harmeet Desai, Manika Batra, and Sreeja Akula participate in table tennis from 1:30 pm. Men’s single sculls rowing quarterfinals are at 1:40 pm, followed by men’s 51kg boxing at 2:30 pm and Anush Agarwalla in equestrian dressage at the same time.
Archery begins at 3:30 pm with men’s and women’s individual rounds of 64. Boxing events and tennis matches continue in the afternoon, and India faces Ireland in men’s hockey at 4:45 pm. The men’s trap shooting final concludes the day at 7 pm.
